To understand the materials: my notes* (click link for pdf), **Khan Academy** (the best!) if that's your thing, I do not recommend getting a review book (although I'm told the Barrons is OK, eh review books eh).
To apply the knowledge: Do the old tests! Teach others! But mostly, do the homework it's really that simple. Most math textbooks have practice problems at the end of the reading section. Practice Tests: Collegeboard old tests, google "AP Stats Practice," ask your teacher?
Honestly though, tell Colleges you taught yourself Stats and use your time for something more productive like Graphic design or Ceramics or lunch. Happy distributing!
